Beginner Tips?

Hi! I'm a 25yo working housewife (i do part time ~30hrs/week) and we've made the decision to try letting me go down to part time instead of full time so i can try to keep up with the house and budget better. Obviously it sounds counterintuitive to cut income to work on budgeting but when I work full time we eat out so much I feel like we spend the additional income on fast food anyway.

Soo, tips for saving money and couponing that don't involve hours and hours scrolling/planning? We're a family of 2 adults, 3 cats, and a great dane, so any tips for saving on cleaning and pet supplies are also greatly appreciated!!
