CVS coupons
I have a paper coupon for 30% off any hair appliances, and a digital coupon for 25% off any Hair brushes, combs, or fashion accessories. I'm trying to get a Conair Infinito pro hair dryer (or any hair dryer, really) and in my cart it keeps popping up as just the 25% off discount and not the 30%. Does anyone know why? I read the coupon policy and I shouldn't be having issues. FWIW the hair dryer is not currently on sale.
