Combining CVS sale with Coupon24?
Hello! Learning to coupon more seriously at CVS, and I see that they have a puffs deal for buy one get one 40% off. I also have a $5 off $20 off puffs/bounty/charmin in the Coupon24 app (but it says you cannot combine with additional coupons). Does anyone know if I will be able to use the $5 off $20 if the Puffs is on sale at CVS? And if so, is the $20 calculated by pre or post sale price? Thanks!
