Question on Fetch and Coupons

Fairly new to Fetch and so far it’s pretty self-explanatory! One question.

If an offer is a spend threshold (“spend $5”, or “spend $13”), is that before or after coupons?

There’s a pretty good deal (3,000 points) on some things I need, but they happen to be on sale AND I have coupons for all the items, plus a $5 off coupon for the store. It’s spend $12 to get the 3,000. Total retail for the products is 15-something, but then coupons will take it down to about 9 or 10. Will I get the offer, or do I need to add more product to get to 12 after coupons?

And also, is there any differentiation between app/mftr coupons and paper coupons when it comes to Fetch?
