Has anyone had luck calling Catalina?

Hi everyone,

I went in store to Walgreens yesterday and was expecting to get two different register rewards and of course none printed. I would have asked the cashier but the employees at the location I went to are not nice and the lady was basically pushing me out of the way for the next person. Def won’t be going back to that location. I cannot get the Catalina form to work online, I have used it many times in the past, but I have tried chrome and safari and had zero luck getting it to submit. I tried contacting Walgreens support and no luck, they told me I have to do it through Catalina and when I asked how since I can’t get the form to work I got no response. I did find the phone number online but was wondering if anyone called and had success in the past getting RR. Thanks!
