In store pickup and extra care buck

How long after you pickup your CVS order do you get your ECB? It’s been almost 24 hours and I still received nothing. They did mess one of my item (buy 2 of axe but the scent I pick are not in stock so they sub it for another scent in the same deal) the buy 1 get 1 half off didn’t come off on that item and I also don’t see any of my ECB.

This is my first in store pickup deal, I usually just go in store and do my couponing. Lesson learned never again with so much hassle.
