Anybody used ArbitrageCard?

I was looking on GiftCardWiki (some of the sites on their are sketchy and don't work).

I saw a new site referenced on there today, ArbitrageCard. Does anyone have experience with them?

If I remember correctly, their site looks like a re-branded version of a different gift card site I've seen before but never used. It might have been one that was listed on GiftCardWiki but whose operation were paused. I don't really remember. I'll let you know if I try them.
