Smart n final p&g coupons

This week many of the digital online app coupons are very misleading - the store manager agreed but could not honor the” free “ items. They told me corporate told him it’s a product issue and I should go to p&g. I don’t know if anyone else noticed ? There are 15 plus coupons online rn suggesting these items are free. Do I wait and hear from the company ? Or file with BBB? I’m no KAREN but what’s right is right and that billion dollar company should make it right. ?
