CVS question!

Hi! Yesterday I did the Nivea spend $20, get $10 ecb, along with covergirl and ajax/Palmolive. At self-checkout, my receipt printed but ECB did not. I did Nivea first so I could use the $10 ecb to roll into the covergirl and dish soap.

The manager printed me a $10 ecb thankfully which I used on my next transaction, but same thing, no ecb printed with the receipt?? The receipt also said I only had one qualifying CG product, when the sign said ANY CG? I bought an eyeliner and a face powder. Neither ecb for either deal printed. Manager printed me off an $8 ecb for it.

Any idea as to why this happened? One of my ecb ended up showing up on the app later that night!
