Why are there no couponing search tools that calculate the best deals when comparing numerous coupon apps and websites?

This may be a dumb it beat out question, but I seriously can't find anyone asking ...or maybe I just don't know what keywords to use ..but I've been watching lots of videos about hauls and discounts for the week and it's go to this website, then this one, and sometimes this... It seems like alot of calculated search to see which deals go best for what your going to get back at the store, paired with Ibotta, and manufacturer coupons....so like why isn't there a. Tool that can do this for you? I feel like something like this would of been made with how bad prices are now a days.

Like you go on, say your looking for a toothbrush...it searches numours coupon sites, stores (Walmart, Kroger, etc), if any manufacturer coupons can be printed ,etc, cash backs, and pops out a calculated response for your best products for purchase -crest toothbrush $4 - Ibotta $2 - Walgreens buy 1 get one free =savings and end cost

Idk if Im.expalining this the best cause I just started getting into coupons not long ago ..but my ADHD brain gets overwhelmed with all the different coupons on the different sites and which actually are good deals or work with each other, where to go, save more...etc

If this exists id love to know if not....why????
