Issues with mypoints?

Is it just me or does mypoints just...not want to give you points. Every single time I upload a receipt they're like oh can't find it, sent to team for manual review. And then right after that I get an email saying it's denied because the item wasn't found.

And it's crazy because the offer will be like for stem and the walmart receipt will literally say...stem. Offer is for covergirl eye products and the receipt says CG mascara...not found. And just now, I did the too good & co offer and it was also sent to manual review. Like?????
