Can someone ELI5 how to use this CVS app?

I have seen a few instagram accounts that are focused on couponing and they are always using the cvs app to get deals on cleaning supplies.

I went to download the cvs app to try it myself and there are multiple apps, the one that looked the most relevant does not have coupons on it, and I am totally lost.

Does anyone have any advice or know of any specific videos that I can watch that will help me understand this app better?
