New to the life

Hello reddit couponers! I wasn't sure where else to turn, nobody in my family has ever truly couponed. Times are tough and prices are high and we can all be more savvy with our money when it comes to purchasing and buying things. With that being said we are looking to drastically cut our food and grocery bills.

What grocery stores have you had the best luck with? (I'm located in the U.S-in the south)

Ideally I presume I'm looking for a store where I can combine both in store coupons on top of manufacturer coupons right?

How do you go about planning when you're buying $200 worth of food per trip?

All advice, and guidance would be greatly appreciated as this is a skill/mindset our household would like to be better at. Looking forward to it!
