Catalina never sent Walgreens RR

I submitted requests via Catalina’s online missing coupon request site on 6/9/24. I received the emails confirming the submissions and realized (weeks later now) I entered the date prior to the purchase. I replied to the confirmation emails asking for a status update but no response. Is the wrong date (even though I included receipt photos and offer screen shots) the reason why I didn’t get the RRs mailed to me?
