Does Walmart have a clearance schedule?

Is there a schedule that lists times of the year when certain items go on clearance? For example, I find that my local Walmart has garden and beach products on sale at the end of August. After Dec 25, holiday stuff also goes on clearance. I also found that skincare items are on clearance recently, but these items don't seem to be on a consistent schedule.
