What happens if I link my Kroger account to Receipt Hog?

I've been using the Receipt Hog app to upload my Kroger receipts. If I link my Kroger account, I will get a one-time and recurring bonus**,** and automatically earn points on my online transactions. Are there any other benefits from linking my account?

Will I earn more per receipt? Will I earn on receipts I couldn't otherwise? Has anyone tried linking? What did you think of it?

If linking doesn't increase earnings per receipt, I'll probably skip it.

I'm not shilling for ReceiptHog; currently I'm thinking I don't want to link accounts, and my biggest couponing post is about CoinOut.
