Use printed grocery store coupons from other cities?

I was browsing my Safeway online weekly flyer for the upcoming week and found a coupon that I thought was a good deal. Then I went back a day later and the same coupon on the product was $1.23 higher in price. I later realized that the first time I was on the site I wasn't logged in, so I was actually viewing the (I guess default) flyer from a Safeway store in Oakland, California.

This is a coupon that can both either printed or used digitally. If I print the coupon from California, will it be accepted at a store in Colorado? There's nothing printed on the coupon indicating that it's for any particular region.
