Does/Did anyone else have problems signing into P&G website for coupons and how did you fix it?

I've tried to sign in twice now on two separate occasions after making an account and the site literally gives me a circle with a slash through it over the 'sign in button'. The site gives no reaction to using the button.

Do I need to 'interact' with the site first - or take a survey? to be able to print coupons?

I can't sign into the site...? I've cleared the search history for my browser and that didn't help...
I'll end up contacting customer service when they're available but I'm curious if this is a simple fix.

Other's have had this issue before too (At least - I saw some comments regarding similar issues on another site).
