Are at-home RF devices actually worth using long term?
I’ve been reading about at-home RF facial devices and I’m still not sure what to think. They seem to be marketed around firmer-looking skin, a bit of lifting, and maybe some help around the jawline, but it’s hard to tell what’s realistic. I know these things probably aren’t going to replace professional treatments, and I’m not expecting anything dramatic. I’m more wondering whether consistent use actually does anything noticeable after a while, or if the results are mostly subtle and temporary. It also seems like the kind of device where people either love it because they built it into a routine, or they use it twice and forget about it in a drawer. Has anyone here used an at-home RF device for a few weeks or months and actually noticed a real difference?
