Hopefully Simple Target Question (Coupons/Promo GCs)
Hello! I am looking to get more into couponing and wanted to check on this quick question with veteran couponers! Target is having a "spend $40 on health/beauty, get $10 promo GC". I have manufacturer's coupons that will take a $42 purchase down to $35. Will I still get the promo GC, or do I need my total purchase to be over $40 after coupons? Many thanks!!
