Microsoft cash back program and coupons.com can I scan for both?

Hi guys I’m new to couponing and I have a question that’s been on my mind for a while. Microsoft cash back program and coupons.com app have almost identical rebate offers as each other. If coupons.com has a rebate on Persil,for example, so will Microsoft. My question is if a buy the Persil laundry detergent can I scan my single receipt to earn the cash back offer for both coupons.com and Microsoft or is that against the terms and conditions of either one. Furthermore, can I scan the offer for coupons.com and Ibotta or is it strictly I can only scan and receive 1 offer per receipt?
