Please for the love of god don’t argue with the cashiers…

I’m the manager at a store that uses coupons heavily. I understand that couponing is a great way to save money and a great way to flip things and turn a profit but don’t harass the cashiers. I’ve had to call the cops at my store 3 times today. Then I get called to the front because someone didn’t get to use their 99¢ coupon. Usually I’d override the coupon or find a way to use it. However this person was being aggressive towards on of my cashiers and condescending. IDFG about how many times you’ve couponed. I deal with customer every single day. If the coupon doesn’t work, it doesn’t work. If the description says theirs a limit. Theirs a LIMIT! If someone in the past was kind enough to override it or find a way to push it thru. Be thankful and don’t expect it to happen every single time. Especially if you’re rude… sorry to rant off but holy sh*t theirs a limit to what we’re able to do. Please just be kind and believe me I will push your coupons through.
