New to Shopkick, is this how it’s supposed to work?

So I’ve already done 4 separate offers which you can see in my past activity. The 2 videos I watched to get 1 kick (I did that a few weeks ago) showed up on my account at in available & all time but the dollar general 100 (from a week ago) didn’t change the number and the Shoprite one i did today didn’t either.

It seems like there’s something wrong especially since I did the dollar general one a week ago and it was approved but my kicks never changed. I haven’t withdrawn or spent any kicks.

Edit: lol the dg was actually 2 weeks ago. Time flies
