Help finding an old resource

Hello couponing community,

I need your help finding and old resource I used to use maybe 7+ years ago.

It was a website that populated current prices of stores around me, and compared prices to the “lowest possible” retail price a store would ever charge for each item. With the idea being to look for when prices were at their lowest for that item and stock up.

Does this system sound familiar to anyone? What is it called, and is it still around?
