Walgreens app and manufacturer coupons

I’m new to this world and just have a quick question. You’re allowed to stack store coupons and manufacture coupons at Walgreens but I’m having a hard time understanding what a store coupon is? A RR is considered a manufacture coupon and the coupons on the app say manufacture coupon so I’m assuming these can’t stack with a newspaper or printed coupon. Any insight would help. Thank you!
