New to coupons, any advice

Hello, I am new to couponing and I feel so over whelmed. Could anyone offer me any advice or suggestions on how to make it a little bit easier? When I try to Google couponing I get all these different sites and all these ads and it's really confusing on what is a true offer and what is a scam. Right now money is tight in my household and I am trying to find ways to make our dollars stretch further. Thank you in advance and I appreciate any and all advice or suggestions.
