Pokemon coupon, looking for where to get it?

I work at a drug store and tonight a guy came in with this coupon.

We're not allowed to take coupons that don't scan, but it scanned just fine, so I'm pretty sure its legit. All of the searching that I've done has resulted in coupon codes for websites, not a printable.

Does anyone know where I can get this coupon?
I love coupons for food and household items so that I spend more money on fun stuff like Pokemon, but if I can make that cheaper too? Awesome!
