Hello everyone! I am new to Walgreens couponing and have a quick question. Does anyone happen to know if you return an item you used a digital coupon for, does the digital coupon go back on your account if it is not expired? Thanks in advance!

Stopped in this morning for a couple of deals, the first was the Dove shampoo and conditioner $4.99 bogo 1/2 off with a coupon in the app earning $5 RR paid $3.06 OOP

Second deal Scott TP $5, Scott paper towels $5 There are 3 coupons in app for $1 TP $1 off Paper towels and $1.25 off of either. Used $5 RR from first transaction and paid just $1.28 OOP

Bringng me to a total of $4.34 total for both, which is less than any one of those single items.

This is just my second store I’m working on relearning the coupon system.

My kids are moving to a new school and we say our goodbyes to their teachers/therapists this week. I am planning on purchasing several gift cards equalling to about $400.

Does it make sense to purchase gift cards from a certain store to make the most out of our money? Like I know sometimes CVS has promotional deals when you buy certain gift cards you can get money back (CVS this week has deals but it’s on like footlocker and other things that the teachers would not be interested in).

Hi all! I’m trying to figure out how all these people get “money makers” out of Walgreens when the register reward requires you to come back and spend more money? Is it even worth couponing at Walgreens if I lose the register rewards every time since I don’t shop weekly? How can I tell when something will give me Walgreens cash vs a register reward? I’m so confused and a little frustrated with this.
